Change of address
If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, please email us your order number, the address you ordered from, and the new address you want to use now. We’ll see if we can change it for you. If your package has already been shipped, you may need to contact the courier yourself.
If you receive an error or defective product, please submit a support ticket with a picture that clearly shows the problem. We will check to see if it can offer a full/partial refund or exchange.
Please ensure your item is returned in new, unused, unwashed condition and in its original packaging so that we can process a replacement or refund.
Once a product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days to process. After processing your return, we will email you a confirmation. Funds may be returned within 7-10 business days after receipt of the confirmation email.
The situations listed below are not covered by our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Damage caused by improper use and maintenance;
- Subjective factors such as personal preferences, tastes, personality uncertainty, etc.
Customers can request an exchange or return within 10 days of receiving the product.
